摘要
本文合成了REF_3(RE=Y、La、Ce、Nd、Gd、Tb、Dy、Er、Yb)及RE_(1-x)B_xF_(3-y)(RE=Y、La、Ce、Gd、Yb、B=Ca、Sr、Ba)。研究了它们的结构与电学性质。La_(0.95Ba_(0.05)F_(3-y),Ce_(0.95)Ca_(0.05)F_(3-y)属固溶体,测定了新化合物Y_(0.71)Ca_(0.29)F_(3-y)和Gd_(0.85)Ca_(0.15)F_(3-y)的晶系。RE_(1-x)B_xF_(3-y)的离子导电性质比REF_3强。本文以RE_(1-x)B_xF_(3-y)为基材制作了固体电解质传感器件,研究了它们对氧的敏感性质,制成了可在150℃使用的氧敏传感器。
REF_3(RE=Y. La. Ce. Nd. Gd. Tb. Dy. Er and Yb) and RE_(1-x)B_xF_(3-y)(RE=Y. La.Ce. Gd and Yb;B=Ca.Sr and Ba) were prepared, and their structure and electric proper-ties were studied. La^(0.95)Ba_(0.05)F_(3-y)and Ce_(0.95)Ca_(0.05) F_(3-y)are solid solutions. Y_(0 .71)Ca_(0.29)F_(3-y)and Gd_(0.85)Ca_(0.15)F_(3-y)are new compounds, their lattice parameters have been calcula-ted.The RE_(1-x)B_xF_(3-y)showed greater conductivities than REF_3. Some of oxygen sensorsmade by RE_(1-x)B_xF_(3-y)solid electrolytes could be used promisingly at 150℃.
