间充质干细胞治疗重症胰腺炎一例 被引量:4

摘要 急性重症胰腺炎是以胰腺弥漫性出血和组织坏死为特征,发病急骤,并发症和死亡率较高[1]。传统治疗手段包括抗炎和抑制胰腺外分泌及胰酶活性,属于对症治疗,尚不能有效促进胰腺组织修复和再生。研究表明,间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells, MSCs)分泌多种细胞因子和生长因子,作用于周围组织发挥旁分泌作用,促进组织再生及防止纤维化形成。因此,MSCs可能成为治疗急性胰腺炎的新方法。
