间充质干细胞的免疫学特性 被引量:2

摘要 Friendenstein等[1]最先发现,骨髓中贴壁生长的单核细胞在一定条件下可向成骨细胞、软骨细胞和脂肪细胞分化。随后,研究人员又相继在脂肪、肌肉等组织中分离出类似细胞,并将其统一命名为间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells, MSCs)。近年来,MSCs作为组织工程良好的种子细胞被运用于一系列基础和临床研究中[2]。另外,很多研究显示,除免疫原性低外,MSCs还具备免疫抑制等特性[3-4]。虽然具体机制尚不十分清楚,也存在一些争议,但MSCs在移植和自身免疫性疾病等领域的潜在利用价值已成为大家关注的热点[5]。
