企业文化是企业发展过程中形成的、沉淀在企业员工心目中的一种价值理念;它是一种文化哲学,也是企业核心竞争能力的成分。企业发展要靠核心竞争力,也要靠优秀的企业文化。我国现行体制下,有些企业还尚未认识到企业文化的重要性,很有必要对我国现代企业文化建设的现状及问题进行分析,用以揭示企业文化的重要性,并提些建议。

In ehina＇s current system, some comparlies have not recognized the importance of corporate cuhure. It is necessary to analyze the status and problems of the construction of modem enterprise culture.
