摘要
文中主要关注了企业员工培训工作从思考到行动上存在着一定的问题,并对其成因做出了较为深入的分析,为加深理解企业员工培训内涵。坚持以人为本的理念,坚持建立科学有效的激励体系角度,提出了一些切实可行的具体对策。
Concern the enterprise staff training cproblems from thought to action, and analyze the causes.
