摘要
人力资源是推动生产力发展的第一资源。推动企业的科技进步和各项创新,关键是拥有人才。企业为了在日趋激烈的国内、国际市场中求得生存、发展,就必须拥有一支掌握先进科学技术、规划适应、不断更新、结构合理、研发与制造有机结合的人力资源队伍;而如何才能提高员工的能力是每个企业面对的难题。文中从几个方面探讨了员工能力培养的方法。
Human resource takes the priority in driving productivity. Talent is the key to move forward technology progress and innovation. For survival and growth in the severely competed market of home and abroad, it is necessary for enterprise to keep its workforee knowledgeable in advanced science and technology, innovative, in good structure, dynamic integrated in research and development. How to develop employee's ability is a puzzle for every enterprise. This paper is to discuss the methods of fostering employee's ability.
