摘要
卓越绩效评价是一种诊断式的评价,既包括对组织的优势和改进机会的定性评价部分,又包括总分为1000分的定量评价部分,以便全方位、平衡地诊断评价组织经营管理的成熟度。为指导推行卓越绩效模式的组织,开展自我评价,撰写《自评报告》,申报质量奖或用于组织改进,文中阐述了组织进行自我评价的方法、流程以及评价中需注意的几个问题。
Evaluation of performance excellence is a diagnosis method. It combines the qualitative evaluation for organization superiority and improvement opportunity and the quantitative evaluation totally marked 1000 to evaluate and diagnose the organization maturity in an all round and balanced way. This paper is to describe the methods for organization self evaluation, evaluation procedure, and key points to help the organization to conduct self evaluation, compose evaluation report, declare quality award, or to improve the organization performance.
