坚持"以人为本"是马克思主义的本质要求,而中国共产党人的奋斗历程,无论历史或现实都体现了马克思主义"以人为本"的精神内涵。就企业而言,他既作为社会的一个重要组成部分,亦必然要遵循马克思主义关于"人的全面发展"的思想理论。因此,在构建和谐企业的过程中,必须把"以人为本"这个根本要求贯穿并融入到企业的生产经营和改革发展过程中,从而达到促进企业与员工两者和谐发展的最高境界。
