摘要
中国古代的酒事禁令往往因时、因地、因人、因事制宜,将弛与禁、刚与柔融为一体,教育、疏导与严查重罚有机组合;处罚种类涉及财产罚、人身罚的许多方面,成为中国古代法律体系中的重要组成部分。
