摘要
高校创新性人才培养模式的构建和实施是高等教育思想变革的必然选择,也是知识经济时代对高等教育提出的新要求的必然产物。我国高校传统的人才培养模式中存在高等教育理念滞后、课程设置不合理、教学组织形式单一、教学方法不当、教学评价体系偏颇等问题。高校应更新高等教育理念、完善课程设置体系、改革课堂教学模式、优化教学方法、改革教学评价制度和创新教育管理运行机制,构建合理完善的创新性人才培养模式,为社会提供具有敏锐观察力和分析力、善于创造和合理应用新知识与技能的创新人才,为社会进步和可持续发展提供人才保障。
University of innovative training model building and implementation of the idea of change is an inevitable choice for higher education,higher education is the knowledge economy of the new requirements of the inevitable outcome.Our colleges and universities in the traditional training model behind the concept of the existence of higher education,curriculum unreasonable,teaching form a single,inappropriate teaching methods,teaching evaluation system bias and other issues.Universities should update the concept of higher education,improve the curriculum system,the reform of classroom teaching,teaching methods,teaching evaluation system reform and innovation in education management and operation mechanism to construct a reasonable sound innovative training model,to provide the community with keen powers of observation and analytical,and rational use of good at creating new knowledge and skills of the creative talents for social progress and sustainable development of human security.
