摘要
目前职工参与权的理论依据主要有企业社会责任、利益相关者、人力资本和经济民主理论等四种学说,这四种理论有一定的合理性,通过考察四种理论兴起的经济社会背景,认为职工参与权是劳动者在生产中的地位提高的结果。从劳动力权视角来看,马克思的劳动价值论揭示了职工参与权本质,为职工参与权提供了坚实的理论依据。
The theoretical basis of workers' participation fight has mainly four doctrines,which are social responsibility of enterprises, interest related persons, human capital and economic democracy . They are compouratively rational. Through exploring the four doctrines' economic and social background, this paper thinks the workers' participation right is the result of the improvement of their position in production. The Labour Value Theory of Marxism reveals the essence and provides solid theoretical basis for the workers' participation right.
