调制方法对多花黑麦草干燥特性及干草质量的影响

Effect of hay making methods on drying characteristics and hay quality of Italian ryegrass

研究6种调制方法对多花黑麦草干燥特性及干草质量的研究,结果表明:(1)与自然晒干相比,烘干、压扁茎秆、压扁茎秆+喷碳酸钾3种调制方法可显著缩短多花黑麦草干燥所需时间,提高多花黑麦草干草质量,而喷碳酸钾溶液和风干处理在缩短多花黑麦草干燥时间及提高其干草质量上效果不显著;(2)灰色关联综合评价结果表明,与自然晒干相比,烘干、压扁茎秆、压扁茎秆+碳酸钾溶液是较好的干草调制方法,综合考虑干草质量,资金投入和可操作性等方面,认为压扁茎秆是最适宜的干草调制方法,在生产中可优先选用。

Drying characteristics and hay quality of Italian ryegrass,by different hay making methods,were studied.Our results showed that the methods of pressing stems,pressing stems plus spraying K2CO3 could save drying time and increase hey quality of Italian ryegrass significantly compared to the method of drying under sunshine.Spraying K2CO3 and drying in shade had no significant difference on saving drying time and increasing hey quality of Italian ryegrass.Drying in oven,pressing stems,pressing stems plus spraying K2CO3 were better hey making methods than drying in the sun based on grey correlative comprehensive evaluation.Comprehensively considered hey quality,cost and operability,pressing stems is the optimum hey making method.
