摘要
以三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)为基相,白炭黑为补强剂,氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝为阻燃剂,制备阻燃EPDM电缆料。研究补强剂和阻燃剂的用量对EPDM性能的影响,通过对扯断伸长率、拉伸强度、邵氏A硬度、氧指数的测试和扫描电镜分析,研究其力学性能和形貌结构,其电缆料的最佳配方(质量份)为EPDM100、白炭黑45、氢氧化镁10、氢氧化铝90。
In this paper,the flame retardant EPDM cable materials was prepared by EPDM used as matrix,silica used as reinforcing agent,magnesium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide used as flame retardant.The effect content of reinforcing agent and flame retardant on EPDM property was studied.Mechanical performance and morphology of flame retardant EPDM cable material were researched through testing elongation at break,tensile strength,shore A hardness,oxide index and analysis scanning electronic microscopy.The optimum formulation was 100phr EPDM,45phr silica,10phr magnesium hydroxide and 90phr aluminum hydroxide.
