摘要
介绍了如何利用人造假顶超前支护浇灌钢筋混凝土,形成具有自承能力并有一定抗压强度的半圆拱,再通过注浆加强人造拱与冒落体结合,形成一个更大的稳定拱。阐明了该工艺在地质破碎带井巷施工中的应用,不仅可节省大量水泥材料和人工,而且施工方便、安全,大幅提高了施工进度和企业经济效益。
The method of pouring reinforced concrete to form half--round arch as advanced artificial roof support is introduced. The arch is capable to bear self- weight and has certain strength. Then, grout injection is carried out to strengthen the bonding of artificial roof with fallen rocks thus to obtain a bigger and more stable arch. This supporting method applied in fractured and roof--fall dangerous zone of channel is not only convenient and safe but can also save a lot of cement and labor work, thus can increase remarkably the construction speed and economic benefit.
