摘要
34岁男性患者．ASAⅡ级，拟在全身麻醉下行择期L2—3椎体骨折内固定术。T12以下不全瘫，下肢肌Ⅱ级。于术后15分钟发生气胸．经急诊闭式胸腔引流治疗后，完全好转出院。
34-years male patient, ASA II, were performed elective L2-3 internal-fixation surgery under general anesthesia. Partial paralysis below T12. Myodynamia was Degree I1. The pneumothorax occurred just 15 minutes after surgery. By means of urgent closed drainage of pleural cavity procedure. The patient got fully recovered and left the hospital in good condition.
