基于SNMP的区分协议流量监控系统

SNMP-based Network Traffic Monitoring System Distinguishing Traffic of Protocols

网络流量监控已成为当前网络管理的重要分支之一。通过分析简单网络管理协议(SNMP)和管理信息库(MIB),针对一般流量监控方法的不足,系统采用SNMP开发包工具即snmp++提供的二次接口,提出了一种基于SNMP协议实现区分协议流量统计的方法。在此通过技术手段收集流量相关信息,了解网络的性能和局域网对新网络的流量要求,以便于网管员做出精确的网络控制。

Network traffic monitoring has become an important branch of network management.By analyzing the SNMP（simple network management protocol） and the MIB（management information base）,SNMP development kit tool（snmp^＋＋） was adopted to provide secondary interfaces to overcome the lack of general traffic monitoring methods.A method of traffic statistics for realizing SNMP-based network distinguishing protocal is proposed.The system collect the traffic-related information to understand network performance and traffic requirements of the new network by technical means so that network administrators can accurately control networks.
