摘要
根据小浪底进水塔渗漏积水的特点和排水系统的控制要求,设计了以PLC和触摸屏为核心的渗漏排水自动控制系统。介绍了系统的构成、PLC与触摸屏组合的硬件配置以及软件设计。带控制功能的触摸屏作为上位机,实现集中监控及运行记录,给系统的安全分析、事故排查、水位数据分析提供了可靠的信息;PLC作为现场设备的控制核心,同时收集现场传感器的数据。整个系统安全可靠、操作简单、运行维护方便。
According to the characteristics of water leakage of Xiaolangdi intake tower and the control requirements of the drainage system,a drainage automatic control system based on PLC and touch-screen is designed in this paper.The constitution,hardware arrangement and soft design of the monitoring system are introduced.The touch-screen with control function taken as upper computer performs the centralized monitoring and operation record,and also provides the reliable information of security analysis,malfunction eliminating,as well as the information of water level data.As the control core of equipments on the spot,PLC collects the data from sensors.The entire system is safe and reliable,and has the characteristic of operation and maintenance convenience.
