摘要
针对滤波器当前小型化和集成化的发展趋势,在简述现有平面集成EMI滤波器设计缺陷基础上,对其集成LC结构和差模电容分别进行了优化设计。提出了环形集成LC结构,仿真和计算结果表明其在电磁特性及几何尺寸上相对于矩形的优点。为了优化设计差模电容,对一种采用较小介电常数的材料实现较大差模电容值且可以降低等效电感的方法进行研究分析,应用ANSYS软件进行建模计算,并验证了方法的可行性。
With the development tendency of miniaturization and integration of filters,optimal design of integrated LC structure and differential mode capacitance are researched on the basis of describing the design drawbacks existing in EMI filter.The annular integrated LC structure is proposed.The simulated and calculated results show that it is superior to the rectangular integrated LC structure in electromagnetic property and geometric dimensioning.In order to optimize the differential mode capacitance,a method in which a material with low dielectric constant is adopted to realize the bigger DM capacitance value and reduce its equivalent inductance is researched.By the modeling computation with ANSYS,the feasibility of the method is confirmed.
