摘要
爆速仪是一种用来测量火药爆炸速度的仪器,其性能的优劣及稳定性对测速的结果将有直接影响。传统爆速仪的前端计数电路一般都是采用分立元器件实现,结构拥挤,且保密性不高。为了在满足爆速仪设计的微型化的同时满足较高时钟要求,在爆速仪的前端计数模块和自检电路部分的设计中利用CPLD器件代替传统的分立元器件电路,并利用Qu-artusⅡ软件对设计进行仿真。结果表明,CPLD器件的应用大大简化了仪器PCB制版麻烦,而且可以进一步提高系统的时钟精度。
Detonation velocity meter is a kind of instrument measuring the gunpowder detonation speed.The performance features and stability of this device influence the measured speed value directly.The front-end counting circuit of traditional detonation velocity meter is generally composed of discrete components.Its structure is congested,and the confidentiality is poor.In order to meet the miniaturization of detonation velocity meter and the requirements of higher frequency,CPLD device was adopted instead of traditional discrete components circuit in the front-end counting module and Self-checking circuit of the detonation velocity meter.The simulation for the design was conducted with the software QUARTUS Ⅱ.The results show that the application of CPLD device can greatly simplifies the board-making of PCB and further improve the clock accuracy of the system.
