摘要 为了使模电教学更加具有直观性和实践性,将一种专门用于电路仿真和设计的EDA软件Multisim 10引入教学中。以模电课程中普遍反映比较抽象难学的3个知识点,即多级放大电路、放大电路的反馈和放大电路的频率响应特性为例,对一个多级放大电路进行了仿真,并利用Multisim 10中的虚拟仪器和软件提供的分析功能,显示和分析了当改变某个元件参数后对电路输出结果的影响,说明了利用Multisim 10能将模电教学中的重点难点很好地融合在一起,使模电教学变得更加直观清晰。另外不需要很大的成本也能很好地锻炼学生的动手实践能力。实践证明,将该软件引入课堂,有利于提高学生的学习兴趣和创新能力。 EDA software Multisim 10 applied to the circuit simulation and design was introduced into analog circuit teaching to make analog circuit teaching more intuitive and practical.A multistage amplifying circuit is simulated by taking three knowledge points(multistage amplifying circuit,feedback of amplifying circuit and frequency response characteristic of amplifying circuit) supposed to be too difficult and Abstract as example.The virtual instruments and software in Multisim 10 are utilized to provide the analysis function for displaying and analyzing the influence of changing a component parameter on circuit output.It explains that Multisim 10 can make the keys and difficulties of analog circuits combined well,and make the teaching more intuitive and clear.The practical ability of students can be improved without much costs by this method.The practice result shows that the application of this software can boost the students' interest an innovation ability.
