摘要
目的提高临床工勤人员洗手依从性,减少医院感染的发生。方法对78名临床工勤人员进行手卫生知识培训、改善洗手配套设施、修订并细化工作流程、加强手卫生执行情况监控等综合干预措施,比较干预前后工勤人员接触患者、接触标本、接触污染物品、脱手套后的手卫生执行情况及洗手合格率。结果干预前后工勤人员的洗手执行率比较有统计学意义,P均<0.05,干预前后洗手总合格率比较,x2=22.9243,P=0.000。结论临床工勤人员手卫生行为亟待改善,综合干预措施有助于提高工勤人员洗手依从性。
Objective To improve the compliance of handwashing for clinical handypersons and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.Method 78 clinical handypersons receive comprehensive intervention such as education on hand hygiene,improving handwashing facilities,revising and materializing working process and enhancing the monitoring on hand hygiene execution.Compare the execution condition of hand hygiene after touching patients,samples,contaminated objects and taking off gloves and qualified rate of handwashing for clinical handypersons before and after intervention.Result There is significant difference on execution of handwashing for clinical handypersons before and after intervention（P0.05）.Comparison of qualified rate of handwashing,x2=22.9243,P=0.000.Conclusion Hand hygiene behavior of clinical handypersons should be improved immediately.Comprehensive intervention measures can help improving handwashing compliance for clinical handypersons.
