糖尿病患者在自我管理教育中的态度和行为调查

Survey on attitude and behavior of patients with diabetes in self-management education

目的了解糖尿病自我管理教育中糖尿病患者的态度及行为。方法应用汉化第3版糖尿病态度量表和糖尿病自护行为量表对106例糖尿病患者进行调查。结果态度量表中5个分量表的得分率为73.1%～88.3%,自护行为6个因子中,患者的药物依从性最佳,足部护理行为最差,总体自护行为执行力不够。结论糖尿病患者在自我管理教育中总体态度较好,总体自护行为执行力不够。

Objective To study the attitude and behavior of patients with diabetes in self--management education. Method Investigate 106 patients with diabetes by diabetes attitude scale of version 3 and diabetes self--protection behavior Scale. Result Scoring rate of 5 subscales in attitude scale is 73. 1%-88. 3%. Among 6 factors of self--protection behavior, drug compliance is the best and foot nursing behavior is the worst. The general executive ability of self--protection behavior is insufficient. Conclusion Patients with diabetes in self--management education have nice general attitude. But their general executive ability of self--protection behavior is insufficient.
