摘要
区域经济一体化已经成为我国今后经济发展的重要形式和载体。区域经济一体化在带来飞速的资本集聚、经济增长的同时,也会在社会管理、公共服务方面对经济社会管理体制提出严峻的挑战。这就要求在保证经济增长的同时,树立科学发展、和谐发展的观念,顺应区域经济发展的需要,发挥政府、社会组织、社区等多元公共服务主体的优势,在经济管理、社会保障、社区服务等多方面创新体制机制,为区域全面发展奠定良好的社会基础。
The integration of regional economy has become the most important form of Chinese economic development now and in the future.Regional economic integration can bring rapid capital accumulation and economic growth.At the same time it poses severe challenges to economic and social management system in public service.This requires to establish scientific and harmonious outlook on development,take advantage of government,nonprofit organizations and communit according to the needs of regional economic development,and make institutional innovation of public service system in economic management,social security,community service,etc,laying the foundation of society for all-around regional deve lopment.
