摘要
采用传输矩阵法研究一维光子晶体(AB)m(ACABACA)n(BA)m的透射谱,结果发现:无论C层为双正介质还是含双负介质,在归一化频率1.0ω/ω0处均构成对称分布的光子晶体量子阱结构,并在光量子阱透射谱的相应频率位置出现对称分布的共振透射峰,呈现明显的量子化效应.当C层为双正介质时,透射峰数目等于n+1且位置可调;当C层为双负介质时,出现数目与n的奇偶性相关的透射峰.
The transmission spectra of one-dimensional photonic crystal(AB)m(BACAB)n(BA)mwas researched by transfer matrix method.Whatever double positive medium or double negative medium of C layer,in the frequencies 1.0(ω/ω0) of the reduced units of both mediums a photonic quantum-well structure with a symmetric frequency was formed,and in the central frequencies of the transmission spectra of photonic quantum well the symmetric local reso-nance transmission had obvious spectra quantization effects.When C layer was double positive medium the number of transmission peaks would be equal ton+1,and positions of transmission peaks would be adjustable.When C lay-er was double negative medium the number of transmission peaks would be associated with parity ofn.
