安徽滁州地区汉族人群头面部形态特征的年龄变化

Variation of morphological traits in head-facial values with age of Han in Chuzhou of Anhui

为探讨安徽省滁州地区成年人的头面部变化特征,在安徽滁州的城市和乡村分别调查了汉族690例(男为351例,女为339例)成人的头面部体质指标,计算了头面部体质指数,并且统计了指数分型情况,对该地区汉族的头面部形态特征随年龄变化情况进行了初步分析.结果:(1)口裂宽、上唇皮肤部高度、容貌耳长、容貌耳宽、面颊皮褶、下颌角间宽、形态面高、鼻高等8项指标与年龄呈正相关.(2)唇高、上红唇厚度、头宽、额最小宽、头最大围、眼外角间宽等6项指标与年龄呈负相关.(3)随年龄增长,安徽汉族上眼睑有皱褶率增加,有内眦褶率明显下降,眼裂变窄,眼外角高率下降,眼色变浅,上唇皮肤部高度低型率下降而高型率上升,上红唇厚度的薄型率明显增加,鼻翼宽的中等型率下降而宽阔型率上升,颧骨突出度增加,鼻根高度下降.(4)随年龄增长,形态面指数、头面高指数增加,口指数下降.

To analyze the variation of head-facial values of the adult of Han nationality of Chuzhou in Anhui,the head-facial characteristics of 690 adults（351 males,339 females） was investigated including items of the head-facial physical indices,and items of head-facial physical indexes were calculated.The variation of head-facial indices with age is analyzed.The results are as follows：（1） The indices of mouth breadth,upper lip skin height,physiognomic ear length,physiognomic ear breadth,nasal height,bigonial diameter,morphological facial height and facial skinfold have positive correlation with age.（2） The indices of lip height,head breadth,minimum frontal breadth,horizontal head circumference,external biocular breadth and thickness of lips have negative correlation with age.（3） With the age increasing,the rate of eyefold of upper eyelid has increased,and the mongoloid fold has decreased obviously.The direction of eyeslits turned narrow,while the percentage of external biocular height dropped.The eye color turned lighter.Small-sized upper lip skin height decreased and large-sized increased,while thin-sized thickness of lips increased.What is more,medium-sized breadth of alae nasi decreased and wide-sized increased.Zygomatic projection is more and more protuberant,and nasal root height becomes high.（4） With the age increasing,transverse morphological facial index and vertical cephalo-facial index ascend.Moreover,oral index is decline.
