4,4’-二羟基-2,2’-联吡啶的高效合成方法

High-effective synthesis of 2,2'-bipyridinyl-4,4'-diol

摘要 以2,2’-联吡啶为原料,经过氧化、硝化、甲氧基化、脱氧和去甲基五步反应,系统高效地合成了4,4’-二羟基-2,2’-联吡啶,并采用核磁共振、熔点、红外光谱等实验方法对产物的结构进行了表征. 2,2'-bipyridinyl-4,4'-diol was synthesized from 2,2'-bipyridine through five steps: oxidation,nitration,methoxylation,deoxidation and demethylation.This method was proved to be systemic and high-effective.2,2'-bipyridinyl-4,4'-diol was characterized by NMR,melting point measurement and FT-IR.
