摘要
复合绝缘子是输电线路悬挂与支撑导线的绝缘部件,其两端金具与芯棒连接的可靠性直接关系到输电线路的安全运行,其所处位置和作用特殊,机械性能显得十分重要。合成绝缘子主要由玻璃纤维捧、伞裙及两端附件等3部分组成,这种结构导致其内部具有多个界面,加之构成合成绝缘子材料本身特性,这就决定了合成绝缘子具有与玻璃、瓷绝缘子不同的电气、机械特性,所以开展复合绝缘子力学特性研究,尤其是疲劳特性的研究已显得十分必要,本文介绍了复合绝缘子的疲劳特性的国内外研究进展,并对研究进展进行了总结。
Composite insulators are insulation parts which are used to hang and sustain wires in transmission lines, reliable connections betwween fittings and mandrel at each end are directly related to the safe operation of transmission lines, due to the special location and role, the mechanical property is very important, the glass fiber composite insulators have three components which are glass fiber rods, umbrella accessories and skirts, this structure leads to multiple interfaces, in addition, the materials which constitute composite insulators have specific properties, which determines that the synthesis insulators have different electrical and mechanical properties, in contrast to glass insulators and ceramic insulators. Therefore, it is necessary to study the mechanical properties of composite insulators, especially, the fatigue characteristics,in this paper, the fatigue characteristic of composite insulators research progress will be described and summarized.
