针对电网技术改造项目管理中存在的普遍问题,引入项目库管理模式,在项目全生命周期管理、尤其是储备项目管理和项目规划计划管理方面进行了较为深入的探讨。项目库管理利用信息化的功能和流程设计,对于加强项目全生命周期管理,促进项目管理与规划计划管理的有机衔接,具有一定积极作用。

For the common problems existing in the grid transformation project management, the paper introduces project library management model to improve the whole-life-cycle project management, especially in the aspects of reserve project management and project planning management. The use of information system in project library management has positive effect on both the whole-life-cycle project management, and the combination of project management and planning management.
