介绍C45P8膨胀混凝土的配合比设计试配及工程应用情况,通过严格优选原材料、掺加优质I级粉煤灰和高效减水剂及高性能膨胀抗裂剂进行混凝土配合比的设计试配,解决了地下室结构混凝土施工中水化热高、干缩裂缝等综合难题,确保施工的顺利进行和工程质量。
It introduces the design of C45P8 expansion concrete mixture and its engineering application.Through rigorous optimization of raw materials,we conducted the test for the design of the expansion concrete mixture by mixing high-quality fly ash,super plasticizer and effective anti-cracking agent.We have not only solved the comprehensive problems of high heat of hydration,shrinkage cracks in concrete construction of the basement structure,but also ensured the accoplishment of construction and engineering quality.
