某型船用污油水分离器系统的改进

Improvement of some marine dirty oily water separator system

文章介绍了某型污油水分离器的工作原理,分析了该型污油水分离器排出污油中含水量高、排污油系统污油舱容积小的缺点,提出了加装分离柜以及增加备用油舱的改进方案。其中加装分离柜采用双电极控制方法,与增加备用油舱的方案综合应用能较好地消除原系统的缺点,提高了系统的安全性、经济性和环保性。

In this paper, the principle of some dirty oily water separator is introduced. The shortcomings of the oily water separator system have been analyzed, which include both small cubage of the oily cabin and the disposed oil with high water content. The improving projects that consist of adding separating tank and standby cabin have been put forward. Double electrodes method adopted in the control project of separating tank together with the standby cabin can eliminate the disadvantages of the former system, improving security, economy and environment protection as well.
