摘要
文章以实例介绍了一种船舶系泊状态下高精度基座的更换方法。该方法利用刚性胎架、全站仪、光学象限仪对基座进行适时定位,现场装焊,有效实现了船舶在水面摇摆状况下更换高精度基座,对于修船企业应急修理具有一定的借鉴作用。
By the examples, the paper implies a method to replace the high - accuracy base when the ship is in mooring. Rigid frame, total station instrument and optical quadrant are used on the base for its real - time position and assembly and welding in the field, which realizes the replacement of high - accuracy base in the swing state effectively. This method provides some certain references for emergency repairing in ship-repair industries.
