摘要
继Y-Ba-Cu-O之后,具有更高T_5的Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O(简称BSCCO)体系的发现引起了人们对高温超导研究的兴趣。研究表明,在BSCCO中存在110K和80K2个超导相。由于在制备BSCCO过程中存在复杂的Ca、Sr和Cu复合氧化物。
The compounds with the compositions of Sr_3Cu_5O_8 +x and CaSrCu_3O_5+x have been syn-thesized by solid phase reaction method. The crystal structures of both compounds are or-thorhombic with a = 3. 950A, b = 11.479A and c = 13.420A for Sr_3Cu_5O_8 +x and a = 6.489A,b = 11. 280 A and c = 12. 240A for CaSrCu_3O_(5 + x), respectively. The oxygen content and oxida-ation state of copper ion were analysized by the iodometric titration. The electric propertymeasurement indicates that both compounds are p-type semiconductor and have lower resis-tivity. They decomposes at around 936℃.
