摘要
目的探讨影响中老年人听力损失的相关因素。方法随机抽取黄岛两个社区的50岁以上中老年人418例,采用MADSEN ITERA型听力计分别测定两耳0.5、1、24、kHz听阈,测定12 h空腹血糖、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白和总胆固醇水平。取听力较好耳0.5、12、kHz的听阈平均值作为平均听阈,分别以平均听阈及4 kHz听阈作为应变量,以社会人口学资料、环境因素和生化指标为自变量,进行多元逐步回归分析。结果单因素分析显示,年龄、文化程度、收入状况及血糖水平与平均听阈相关;年龄、性别、吸烟、饮酒、血糖及三酰甘油与4 kHz听阈相关。回归分析显示:男性、高龄、高糖血症是听力损失的危险因素,高文化程度和高收入是听力损失的保护因素。结论年龄、性别、收入、文化程度、血糖与听力损失相关,预防高糖血症可能对延缓听力损失有益。
Objective To analyze the correlation factors that influence hearing in seniors. Methods A random sample of 418 people over 50-year-old was collected from two communities of Huangdao district,and tested with binaural hearing at 0.5,1,2,and 4 kHz.Blood glucose,high-density lipoprotein,triglyceride and total cholesterol were measured at 12 hours of fasting.The mean value of 0.5,1,and 2 kHz of the ear with better hearing was taken as auditory threshold.An average auditory threshold and 4 kHz auditory threshold were served as strain variables,and environment factors and biochemical indicators served as independent variables.Multivariant stepwise regression analysis was conducted. Results The single factor analysis showed age,education background,income and blood glucose were associated with the average auditory threshold;age,gender,smoking,alcohol drinking,blood glucose and triglyceride were associated with the auditory threshold at 4 kHz.The regression analysis indicated that male,advanced age,and hyperglycemia were risk factors of hearing impairment,whereas well-educated and high income were the protection of hearing. Conclusion Age,gender,income,education and blood glucose are related to hearing impairment.Prevention of hyperglycemia is likely to be a delay of developing hearing disorders.
