医学硕士研究生临床培训计划及实习方式改革探讨

INVESTIGATION AND REFORM OF CLINICAL TRAINING PROGRAMS AND INTERNSHIP MODE FOR POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS OF MASTER IN MEDICINE

目的对医学硕士研究生临床实习计划及实习方式进行改革,探索研究生临床实习新的教育模式。方法纠正过去制定实习计划方面的不足,以我国的研究生教育、住院医师培训要求为准则,借鉴美国的培训经验,制定出符合中国国情的临床研究生培训和管理计划,使硕士研究生实习内容与住院医师第一阶段培训内容相结合,实行预习-实践-总结的学习方式,大力加强临床技能的培养,提高研究生动手能力,并进行综合评价。结果通过实习,研究生的理论和临床技能以及各项考试成绩较前有了明显的提高。结论进行临床培训计划及实习方式的改革,对培养临床高层次的医学研究生是非常必要的。

Objective To reform the clinical training program and mode for postgraduate students of master in medicine,and explore a new education pattern. Methods The insufficient internship plan established formerly was corrected.A graduate training plan and management plan that consistent with China＇s actual conditions were made based on the standard of graduate education,and the requirements of training for resident doctors in our country,and the experience of the United States on this aspect was used for reference,which combined the contents of postgraduate internship with the phase-one training of residents,implemented preview-practice-summary learning style,enhanced cultivation of clinical skills,and raised the ability of practical work. Results Through clinical training,the theoretical knowledge,clinical skills and examination results of various items of the students were significantly improved. Conclusion A reform of clinical training and practice is extremely necessary in cultivating high-level postgraduate students in clinical medicine.
