红花黄色素对急性冠状动脉综合征病人炎症因子影响

EFFECT OF SAFFLOR YELLOW ON INFLAMMATARY FACTORS IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME

目的探讨红花黄色素注射液对急性冠状动脉综合征（ACS）病人炎症因子的影响。方法入选ACS病人76例,其中急性心肌梗死（AMI）36例,不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）40例。将病人随机分为2组,对照组36例给予硝酸酯类药物、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂、β-受体阻滞剂、调脂药物及抗血小板、抗凝等治疗;治疗组40例在上述治疗的基础上加用红花黄色素注射液。两组均于治疗前、治疗14 d后检测血浆超敏C反应蛋白（hsCRP）、白细胞介素6（IL-6）、基质金属蛋白酶9（MMP-9）水平。结果两组治疗前各指标差异无显著性;两组治疗后血浆hsCRPI、L-6、MMP-9水平与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性（t=2.58~16.84,P〈0.05）;治疗后治疗组各指标与对照组比较,差异亦有显著性（t=5.76~7.89,P〈0.05）。结论红花黄色素能降低ACS病人血浆hsCRP、IL-6、MMP-9的水平,对防止不稳定斑块的破裂可能起到有益的作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of safflor yellow injections on inflammatory factors in patients with acute coronary syndrome（ACS）. Methods Seventy-six patients with ACS were enrolled in this study.Of whom,36 with acute myocardial infarction（AMI）,and 40 with unstable angina pectoris（UAP）.The patients were randomly divided into control group（36 cases） and treatment group（40 cases）.All patients in the two groups were treated with a combining therapy of nitrates,Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors,β-blockers,statins,anti-platelet and anticoagulation.Additional safflower yellow injections were offered to those in the treatment group.Plasma levels of hsCRP,IL-6,and MMP-9 were measured in both groups before and 14 days after the therapy. Results The plasma levels of hsCRP,IL-6 and MMP-9 before treatment were no differences between the control and treatment groups,while the differences after therapy were significant（t=2.58-16.84,P0.05）.After therapy,the differences of the above items between treatment group and control group were significant（t=5.76-7.89,P0.05）. Conclusion Safflor yellow can lower the plasma levels of hsCRP,IL-6 and MMP-9 in ACS patients,which is helpful to preventing unstable plaque from rupture.
