胃镜诊断十二指肠降部类癌(附1例报告)

摘要类癌是临床上较少见的一种恶性肿瘤,它起源于胚胎时期的神经嵴嗜银细胞,亦称嗜银细胞瘤,属于内分泌肿瘤的一种。类癌发病率低,约占整个消化道恶性肿瘤的0.4%-1.8%。我院诊治十二指肠降部类癌1例,现报告如下。
