摘要
目的探讨糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)与血清脂联素(APN)和超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)浓度变化的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附测定法和散射速率比浊法检测62例DR病人血清APN和hs-CRP浓度的变化,并与82例非DR(NDR)糖尿病病人及68例正常对照者进行比较,对32例增殖型DR(PDR)病人与30例非增殖型DR(NPDR)病人血清APN和hs-CRP浓度进行比较。结果 DR病人血清APN浓度明显降低,hs-CRP浓度明显升高,与对照组和NDR组比较差异有显著性(F=110.581、84.789,q=12.942~19.021,P<0.001),PDR病人血清APN浓度明显低于NPDR病人,hs-CRP浓度明显高于NPDR病人(t′=3.725、4.811,P<0.001)。DR病人血清APN与hs-CRP浓度呈负相关(r=-0.554,P<0.01)。结论血清APN和hs-CRP浓度变化参与DR的发生与发展,且与病情严重程度有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between diabetic retinopathy(DR) and changes of serum adiponectin(APN) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP).Methods Using ELISA and nephelometry,serum levels of APN and hs-CRP in 62 DR patients were determined and compared with that in 82 diabetes patients without DR(NDR),and 68 normal controls.The serum APN and hs-CRP in 32 proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR) patients were compared with that in 30 non-PDR(NPDR) patients.Results The serum APN in DR patients was lower,and hs-CRP was higher than that in controls and NDR patients(F=110.581,84.789;q=12.942-19.021;P0.001);the serum APN was lower,and hs-CRP in PDR patients was than that in NPDR patients(t′=3.725,4.811;P0.001).In DR patients,there was a negative correlation between serum APN and hs-CRP(r=-0.554,P0.01).Conclusion The changes of serum APN and hs-CRP involve in the pathogenesis and development of DR,and related with the severity of the disease.
