摘要
目的根据病人影像学表现及临床信息设置合理的评分,以提高骨肉瘤诊断正确率。方法对60例经临床手术或穿刺活检病理证实的骨肉瘤病人的影像学资料进行回顾性分析,并进行量化评分。结果病人X线和CT检查评分分别为(15.67±2.18)、(16.19±1.56)分,其参考值范围分别为12.08~20.00、13.62~21.00分。X线评分小于12.08的病例共3例,漏诊为10.00%;CT评分小于13.62的病例共1例,漏诊率为3.13%。X线与CT的评分结果比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论该评分标准可辅助医师提高骨肉瘤的诊断正确率。
Objective To set up a reasonable assessment criterion based on imaging and clinical features for improvement of diagnostic accuracy of osteosarcoma.Methods Imaging data of 60 cases of osteosarcoma confirmed by surgery or puncture biopsy were analyzed retrospectively and scored quantitatively.Results Scores from X-ray and CT examination were 15.67±2.18 and 16.19±1.56,respectively.Reference values were 12.08-20.00 for X-ray and 13.62-21.00 for CT.The X-ray score of less than 12.08 was noted in three cases,miss diagnosis accounting for 10.00%;CT score less than 13.62 was recorded in one case,with miss diagnosis of 3.13%,the difference between X-ray and CT score was not significant(P0.05).Conclusion The assessment criterion may assist physicians raise the diagnostic accuracy of osteosarcoma.
