摘要
根据测量不确定度评定与表示理论,分析了橡胶邵尔A硬度测量的不确定来源,发现在FS 4270氟硅橡胶的邵尔A硬度测定中,橡胶试样的厚度、试样表面状态、测试时间、测试仪器的准确度、试样温度等对试验结果的准确性有影响,因此在试验过程中应严格按标准进行试验,从而提高试验的准确性。
According to the theory of accessing and expressing the uncertainty, the measurement uncertainty of FS4270 fluorosilicone rubber Shore-A hardness was attained. It was found that the thickness, surface, testing time, accuracy of the measuring instrument and temperature affected the accuracy of the result. Therefore we should carry out the experiment strictly according to the standards
