Users＇ demand of always-online brings out the higher requirement for campus network service quality, so it is very necessary and urgent to develop a campus network Trouble Declaring System which can make the process of fault acceptance controllable and manageable. Secondly, put forward to the architecture of system based on .net framework. Lastly, introduces this system how to send the short message to user.
