摘要
为了提高城镇供水企业的管理水平和服务质量,及时响应客户的咨询,需要对城镇供水行业信息化协同办公系统进行研究。该文介绍了系统的体系结构和功能.并以供水行业报修流程为例,介绍呼叫中心子系统。系统在实际应用中与企业门户网站、呼叫中心、视频监视、自动控制、供水调度等协同运行,实现供水业务流程的灵活定义和信息化管理。
In order to raise the management level and improve the service quality, to respond to customer consultation, it is needed for us to study collaborative office information system in urban water supply industry. In this paper, overall architecture and functions of the system are introduced, and a subsystem of call center is presented by taking the repair process in water supply industry as an example. This system operates coUaboratively in practical application with enterprise portal websites, call center, video monitoring, automatic control and water supply schedule, the flexible definition and information management for water supply business process are realized effectively.
