高科技项目的复杂多属性评价

Complex Multiple Attribute Evaluation on High-Technology Projects

摘要 针对高科技项目展开了多属性评价。考虑了在决策信息不确定情况下属性评价值以偏好序和语言变量类型表达的高科技项目的评价问题。在规范化不同类型属性评价值的基础上,将混杂决策矩阵转换为单点值型决策矩阵,并进一步计算方案的方案综合评价值以得出它们的排序。最后,采用一个算例说明提出的方法。 This paper deals with the multiple attribute evaluation on High-Technology projects, with the attribute values being expressed in preference orderings and linguistic variable, in the uncertain situation. The Hybrid decision matrix is transformed into the single-numeric one, based on normalizing the attribute values with different types. Furthermore, the overall values of the alternatives are calculated, based on which the ranking of them can be obtained. In the end, an illustration is given.
