摘要
提出莆田市有线电视用户管理系统(SMS)的架构设计,介绍莆田市利用有线电视网络进行用户管理系统(SMS)的设计与实践过程。
In this paper,we propose the architecture of cable television subscribers management system（SMS）,and introduce how the cable television network subscribers management system design and practice in Putian.
