对于当前规模越来越大、个性越来越鲜明的大学生群体来说,辅导员能否采用最科学、最合理的讲话方式,将直接影响着大学生对辅导员讲话的接受效果。影响辅导员在集体场合讲话效果的,不仅包括讲话的内容和形式,还包括辅导员的公正、平等、真诚、言行一致等话语外因素。辅导员要让讲话有说服力,有吸引力,就不仅需要斟酌讲话内容,还必须合理地使用各种修辞方法,才能最终取得良好的教育管理效果。

College students are now increasing in number and distinctive in personality. Whether a college instructor can speak in a scientific and reasonable way directly affects the students＇ reception of his speeches.Apart from the content and form of the speeches,factors outside the words,such as the instructors＇ impartiality,equality,sincerity,and consistence in words and deeds,also have effects on the instructors＇ public speeches.To make their speeches persuasive and attractive,instructors need not only to think over their words but also to reasonably adopt various rhetorical devices.Only in this way can they achieve good effects on the education and supervision of the students.
