内燃机油低温性能间的相关性探讨

摘要 文章针对不同质量级别的内燃机油进行试验,考察内燃机油低温性能之间的相关性,目的在于考虑能否用试验时间短的倾点等结果判断试验时间长的边界泵送黏度试验结果的趋势,以便缩短生产配合分析周期,提高生产效率。研究证明,长周期的边界泵送黏度与倾点、低温动力黏度单因素间无相关性,而与降凝剂的种类、降凝剂添加比例、倾点、低温动力黏度等多因素间有良好的相关性。在生产配方稳定的前提下,长周期的边界泵送黏度试验结果趋势可以通过回归方程验证。 According to the test result of internal combustion engine oils with different quality grades,the correlation among the low temperature properties was studied in order to explore the possibility of judging the trend of MRV viscosity by the test result of pour point,so that the rate of analysis and production efficiency can be increased.It was proven that there is no correlation among MRV viscosity,pour point and CCS viscosity by single factor analysis,but multiple regression analysis demonstrated that MRV viscosity has a good correlation with the type and dosage of pour point depressant,pour point and CCS viscosity.Under the stability of production technology,the trend of MRV viscosity can be obtained through the regression equation.
