摘要
为有效分析通风系统影响因素以实现准确可靠的通风系统评价,应用主成分分析方法,建立了煤矿通风系统评价模型。通过对煤矿通风系统评价指标进行主成分分析,建立评价指标变量与煤矿通风系统安全性之间的线性关系,确定了综合主成分安全风险值,从而实现了煤矿通风系统定量化评价。应用SPSS软件实现了对某矿井通风安全状况的综合评价。结果表明,应用该方法不仅降低了各项指标间的信息重叠,简化了采用层次分析对于安全风险层次划分的负担,而且大大减少煤矿安全评价数据处理的工作量,可为安全生产管理和决策提供技术依据。
In order to efficiently analyze influence factors of ventilation system and realize the accurate and reliable evaluation, applied principal components analysis to establish mine ventilation system evaluation mode. Based on the principal components analysis of the evaluation indexes, established the linear relationship between index variables and safety, and determined the comprehensive components risk value, to realize the quantitative evaluation of ventilation system. Use the software SPSS to realize the comprehensive evaluation of ventilation system situation. With this method, the result indicates that it does not only reduce the overlapped information level and simplifies the burden of hierarchical division, but also greatly lower the data processing work, which provides technical basis for safety production management and decision making.
