前列腺癌组织中VIP与VEGF的表达及意义

摘要 目的了解血管活性肠肽(VIP)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在前列腺增生及前列腺癌组织中的表达,探讨VIP在前列腺癌中的作用及其机制。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法,检测20例前列腺增生和39例前列腺癌组织中VIP和VEGF的表达。结果前列腺癌组织中VIP和VEGF表达高于前列腺增生组织,差异有显著性(χ^2=8.255、11.520,P〈0.01)。不同分化程度、不同临床分期前列腺癌组织中VIP和VEGF的表达差异有差异性(χ^2=6.184~8.143,P〈0.05),且VIP和VEGF表达与前列腺癌病理学分级及临床分期相关(r=0.368-0.418,P〈0.01)。VIP和VEGF在前列腺癌中的表达具有相关性(χ2=9.920,r=0.498,P〈0.01)。结论 VIP在前列腺癌的发生、发展过程中起重要作用,这种作用可能是通过诱发血管生成来实现的。 Objective To investigate the expressions of vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in tissues of prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of VIP and VEGF in 20 cases of prostate cancer and 39 cases of BPH.Results The expressions of VIP and VEGF in cancer tissue were higher than that in BHP,the differences being significant(χ2=8.255,11.520;P〈0.01).There was a significant differences of VIP and VEGF expressions in cancer tissues among different differentiation,and different stages(χ^2=6.184-8.143,P〈0.05),and the VIP and VEGF were correlated with pathologic grading and clinical staging(r=0.368-0.418,P〈0.01).The expressions of VIP and VEGF in prostate cancer were correlated(χ^2=9.920,r=0.498,P〈0.01).Conclusion VIP plays an important role in the course of occurrence and development of prostate cancer,which is likely to be accomplished by inducing neovascularization.
