非小细胞肺癌组织CtBP1和P16蛋白的表达及意义 被引量:4

EXPRESSIONS OF C-TERMINAL BINDING PROTEIN 1 AND P16 IN NON-SMALL-CELL LUNG CANCER

摘要 目的探讨CtBP1和P16蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及其与NSCLC发生、发展的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法分别检测66例肺癌组织及30例癌旁组织中CtBP1和P16蛋白表达,分析其与NSCLC临床病理学参数之间的关系。结果肺癌组织CtBP1和P16蛋白阳性表达率分别为91.0%和47.0%,P16蛋白在癌旁组织中的阳性表达率高于肺癌组织(χ^2=9.196,P〈0.05),而两者CtBP1蛋白的表达差异无显著性(P=0.662)。肺癌组织CtBP1蛋白与P16蛋白的表达呈负相关性(r=-0.392,P〈0.05)。P16蛋白表达与肺癌的临床分期、有否淋巴结转移和肿瘤分化程度有关(χ2=5.079~9.333,P〈0.05),而与病理类型无关(P〉0.05);CtBP1蛋白表达与上述临床病理学参数均无关(P〉0.05)。结论 P16表达缺失与NSCLC的发生、发展密切相关;联合检测CtBP1和P16可作为判定NSCLC恶性程度及评估其侵袭性、转移性的重要方法。 Objective To study the expressions of C-terminal binding protein 1(CtBP1) and P16 in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and their association with the occurrence and development of this malignancy.Methods Immunohistochemical method was employed to detect the expressions of CtBP1 and P16 in 66 NSCLC and 30 paraneoplastic tissues.The relationship between the expressions and clinicopathologic parameters were analyzed.Results The positive rates of CtBP1 and P16 in cancer tissues were 91.0% and 47.0%,respectively;the expression of P16 in paraneoplastic tissues was higher than that in the cancer tissue(χ^2=9.196,P〈0.05);but that of CtBP1 was not significantly different between cancer and paraneoplastic(P=0.662).There was a negative correlation between CtBP1 and P16 in NSCLC(r=-0.392,P〈0.05).The expression of P16 was related with clinical stage,cell differentiation,and whether or not with lymph node metastasis of the cancer(χ^2=5.079-9.333,P〈0.05),and not related with the type of pathology(P〈0.05);whereas the expression of CtBP1 was not associated with all theabove clinicopathologic parameters(P〈0.05).Conclusion The absence of P16 expression is closely correlated with the occurrence and development of NSCLC.A combination detection of CtBP1 and P16 may be applied as an important method to predict the severity of malignancy,invasion and metastasis of this lung cancer.
