传统与改进仰卧起坐锻炼效果比较 被引量:14

摘要 目的观察传统仰卧起坐动作对颈椎活动的影响。方法将受试学生分为两组,传统型动作组238例,改进型动作组238例。传统型动作组应用传统的仰卧起坐动作进行训练和测试,改进型动作组应用改进型仰卧起坐动作进行训练和测试。实验过程中记录受试者的测试成绩和颈椎弧度和活动度。结果两组测试成绩比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),两组受试学生颈椎弧度比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),两组颈椎活动度比较差异有显著性(t=8.59,P<0.05)。结论传统型动作组和改进型动作组的受试者测试成绩无明显差异,但传统仰卧起坐增加了罹患颈椎不稳等颈椎病的风险。 Objective To assess the influence of traditional situps on the movement of cervical vertebra.Methods Students receiving the trial were divided into traditional and modified groups,with 238 in each group.The students in traditional group were trained and tested by traditional situps;those in modified group by modified one.The scores,physiological curvature and movement of cervical vertebra during the test were recorded.Results The scores and the curvature of cervical vertebra were not significantly different between the two groups(P〈0.05),whereas the difference in movement was significant between them(t=8.59,P〈0.05).Conclusion The scores of action between the traditional and modified groups show no significant difference,but the traditional one increases the risk of suffering from cervical spondylosis,such as instability of cervical vertebra,and so on.
