摘要
目的探讨提高鼻饲护理质量,减少鼻饲并发症的方法。方法将68例鼻饲病人随机分为观察组与对照组,为观察组制定24 h护理日程表,按日程表的内容护理病人,对照组采取常规的口头健康宣教。2周后观察两组病人并发症的发生情况。结果观察组的并发症明显少于对照组（χ^2=3.843~20.176,P〈0.05）。结论为病人按24 h护理日程表进行护理能显著减少便秘、肺部感染等并发症的发生,提高护理质量。
Objective To explore methods of improving the quality of nursing for patients receiving nasal feeding.Methods Sixty-eight patients receiving nasal feeding were randomly divided into observation group and control group.A 24-hour-nursing calendar was made for the patients in observation group,and they were nursed according to the content of the calendar;to those in the control group,routine oral health education was carried out.The complications were compared between the two groups.Results The complications of the observation group were much lower than that of the control group（χ^2=3.843-20.176,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The patients who received nursing care based on the 24-hour-nursing calendar experienced fewer complications,such as constipation and lung infection.Using this calendar improves the quality of nursing care.
